Sandy Plowman


Sandy grew up in Rural NSW and has spent most of her adult life in Queensland where she was a nurse and midwife for 35 years.


Sandy has a love for ongoing education and has completed a nursing degree, a masters in health management and further studies in child health and dementia care..


Volunteering is an important part of Sandy's life and currently she volunteers at  Lakeside Living and is treasurer of the Edenhope Lions Club.


Having experienced many years in different health systems - from small country areas to large tertiary hospitals as both an employee and a consumer Sandy looks forward to using her knowledge and experience to contribute to the development of Grampians Health - Edenhope and help to improve health outcomes and access for all ages in the local community.
