Kerrie is now a qualified Chef!

EDMH apprentice chef Kerrie Lewis has completed her Certificate III in commercial cookery 5 months early!

Kerrie had been a staff member at EDMH for 4 years in Hotel services, when one day she filled in as a cooks assistant and her talent for cooking was identified.  Kerrie applied for the chefs apprentice and was offered the role. 

Fast forward 2 and a half years and Kerrie has now achieved her qualifications and could not be more pleased,  “It was really important to me and I am stoked that I have finished.”

“I wanted to make my team and managers proud, they had faith in me and gave me the opportunity to do this.”
