Kerrie is now a qualified Chef!

EDMH apprentice chef Kerrie Lewis has completed her Certificate III in commercial cookery 5 months early!

Kerrie had been a staff member at EDMH for 4 years in Hotel services, when one day she filled in as a cooks assistant and her talent for cooking was identified.  Kerrie applied for the chefs apprentice and was offered the role.

Andrew Saunders announced as the CEO for EDMH

Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital Board of Management Chairman Tony Kealy is thrilled to be able to announce that the current Acting CEO, Andrew Saunders has been offered and has accepted the position of CEO of Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital.

“Andrew has already had a lengthy career at EDMH, starting out as the Catering Manager in 1990.  He has worked in various roles including Hotel Services Manager, General Services Manager and many times as the Acting CEO.” Said Tony

Emma and Phillip off to the Tri State Games

The Lakes Hostel residents Emma Hunt and Phillip Caufield have their bags packed and are ready to go on Sunday to the 2018 Tri State Games in Adelaide next week.

Emma is very excited about the trip and has been busy showing her schedule to fellow residents and staff at the Hostel.

A sponsorship cheque for $500.00 was recently presented at the EDMH Open Board Meeting by Edenhope & District Community Bank Chairman, Sara McDonnell and Board Member, Miller Morrow.
